When it comes to choosing a wedding limo, every bride has different criteria. Some fall in love with how the limousine looks, others put amenities and functionality first. One thing is for certain: if you want to have a stylish wedding, hire a reliable limousine service like Stay Classy Phoenix and you’ll have a time you’ll never forget.
Limo services often have a vast selection of vehicles; some soon-to-be-weds might find it overwhelming. How do you know you chose the right one? If you’re just starting your search for the best wedding transportation, in this article we’ll share a couple of tips to help you make the right choice.
Choose A Vehicle To Go With The Wedding
The first thing most people look at is the aesthetic. The limo or bus you choose needs to compliment the style of your wedding. That means that the vehicle you choose has to match all the other details you have planned for the wedding.
If you’re having a traditional, intimate, and romantic wedding ceremony, you might want to choose something like a Bentley. However, if you’re having a high-end wedding you might want to consider a vehicle to match such as a Hummer.
If you’re having a remote wedding and also need to cater to a large group of people, consider renting out a party bus. These vehicles can accommodate around 40 passengers, but are still luxurious and a great addition to your wedding.
Make Sure There’s Room for Everybody
One more important factor that will help you determine the type of vehicle you’ll choose for your wedding is the size. Therefore, before you make your choice make sure you know how many people you need the vehicle to transport. While some couples prefer to ride in the limo to the wedding alone, others want their closest friends and family members there with them. Others even hire a few limos so everyone can arrive in style.
Reputable limo companies can accommodate your needs regardless of the number of passengers by offering different vehicles meant to transport any number of passengers. Usually, couples will hire a stretch limo that can transport as many as 10 passengers, ideal for the couple and the bridesmaids. But if you want to transport your family members as well, consider renting a party bus instead.
Consider the Functionality
Do you know what you’ll be using the limousine for? Of course, you’ll use it as transportation for the wedding. But will it only take a couple of their whole family? Will it take you from your home to the church or a longer distance?
Some people hire an extra limo just in case any of the guests need a ride back home, in case they have one drink too many. Others choose to take all the guests and hire a party bu. Either way, a company with a large fleet can fit all your needs and accommodate all the guests.
Set Your Budget
Of course, your budget will decide most of your wedding. And since transportation is only one item on the list, it’s understandable that you don’t want to spend all your budget on it. But fortunately, you don’t have to blow your budget to find a reliable, luxurious limo.
A company with a lot of vehicles in the fleet can offer competitive prices for any type you choose. Ideally, you’ll want to book the limo in advance, as you’ll be getting a better rate. Late bookings are usually charged extra.
