With the starting of a new decade, the market of automotive is seeing many changes that are being done for good. Manufacturers are releasing more green cars than ever before. Moreover, now these green cars are no less capable than the regular gasoline vehicles. Already launched in Japan Tokyo Auto Show, the 2020 Mazda MX-30 is yet to hit the showrooms of popular dealerships in USA like Mazda Cypress. The new 2020 Mazda MX-30  will be one of the best statement proving that the modern technology has advanced enough to build up a sporty city SUV that will run with a fully-electric heart.

Technologies Implemented

The 2020 Mazda MX-30 will make its debut appearance this year that will run on Mazda’s own pure-electric platform which they have named as the e-SkyActiv. It will bring along a bevy of new interior technologies as well  to enhance the ride experience for everyone who sits inside the new Mazda MX-30.

Defining the 2020 Mazda MX-30

The all-electric 2020 MX-30 comes as a part of Mazda’s plan of launching its e-SkyActiv technology that will be used for all the green cars of the brand, including the hybrid, plug-in hybrid, or fully-electric vehicle maintenance.

From the reliable resources what we could gather about the new 2020 Mazda MX-30 is that it will show a revolutionary design that will go with pillar-less doors to attain maximum visibility.

The front doors will be capable of opening in 82 degrees while the rear doors will open up to 80 degrees, to create easier entrance and exit.

Cabin Concept

Drawing its inspiration from the cabin concept of BMW i3 the 2020 Mazda MX-30 cabins will be stuffed with materials like cork extracted from the excess materials from wine stoppers for the center console, a soft material for the dashboard, while the doors will be made of recycled PET bottles. The seats will be flanking new fabric design. With this Mazda has proved its sense of responsibility towards the environment and deserves worldwide accolades.

Launching the 2020 MX-30 as a leader in automotive technology, Mazda will replace the traditional screen with manual HVAC controls which will be used across the entire lineup range.

Featuring the MZD Connect infotainment system, it will spread outlets of 2.5A USB connectivity with an AC outlet in strategic places of the cabin which will be capable of supplying 150W of power.

Source of Power

‘MX’ as the name suggests, will be much more than being a mere city runabout. Mazda declared that the 2020 MX-30 will be based on their ‘jinba-ittai’ concept which will translate the car dynamics into ‘person and horse as one body’, so let’s be prepared for the new generation experience of how a car responds to its master.

The details of battery and its capacity isn’t yet announced by Mazda, but our known staff at the Mazda dealer Cypress assured us of the updates, as soon as they get to know. But they informed us about the following:

The MX-30 will be run with the help of G-Vectoring Control system which will be able to pause the torque of the motor momentarily if it finds anything unusual while turning the wheels. It will also aim to provide a finer control on the transition that takes place between throttle and brake, to smooth out even the slightest possibilities of a jerk.
